Three layered aluminized kevlar heat protective suit.

Three layered heat protective suit made from kevlar based aluminized material. The suit consists of suit, hood, glove and boot.

Material of construction:

Outer layer:
  • The outer layer is made from aluminized kevlar material
  • The fabric has a total weight of 400gsm (+-5%)
  • The fabric is tested and certified to en11612 a b2 c3 & e3.
  • The fabric offers excellent and easy wearing, radiant and convective heat protection.
Second layer:
  • The second layer (moisture barrier) is made from neoprene coated fiber glass material.
Inner most layer:
  • The inner most layer is made from flame retardant fabric
  • The fabric has a total weight of 340 g/m2 (+/- 5g/m2).
  • The fabric is tested and certified to en 11612 having rating of a1, a2, b1, c1, d0, e3, and f1.

Design of the suit

  • The suit is designed to offer maximum protection with limited discomfort to the user.
  • The suit is provided with front velcro fastening arrangement with overlapping flap with velcro.
  • The suit is provided with high protective collar with throat guard and velcro tightening arrangement for better protection.
  • The sleeves of the suit are provided with elastic wrist
  • The pant portion of the suit is provided with fastening arrangement at the bottom.
  • The boiler suit is stitched with flame retardant and mechanically strong kevlar thread.
Hood:
  • The hood is designed to cover the full head area and overlapping the shoulder.
  • The hood is provided with two fastening arrangements to hold the hood firmly on the head.
  • The hood is provided with indian made vizior
  • The hood is stitched with flame retardant and mechanically strong kevlar thread.
Hand glove:
  • The hand glove is designed consisting of four fingers and a thumb.
  • The glove is stitched with flame retardant and mechanically strong kevlar thread.
  • The boot consists of two portion; inner safety shoes and upper cover made from aluminized kevlar materials.
Inner safety shoes
  • The inner safety shoes is manufactured from high quality leather upper with rubber sole having heat resistance up to 400 deg. C with good grip and chemical resistance.
  • The shoe is provided with easy wearing for better heat and impact resistance.
Packing:
  • Suit will be supplied in easy to carry bag.
